The Free plan is available at no subscription charge. Advertising-supported or limited features may apply depending on the current OpenBeats plan structure.

Paid subscribers may request cancellation of future renewals. After cancellation, Premium access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or gateway rules.

Cancellation does not automatically delete your OpenBeats account, playlists, liked songs or listening history.

Because OpenBeats is a digital subscription service, refunds are generally not provided after a subscription has been activated or used.

Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate charges, failed payments where money was debited, verified unauthorized transactions, technical billing errors or cases where a refund is required by applicable law.

Email vinkalmum79@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include your registered email or mobile number, payment/order ID, plan name, transaction date and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds are normally processed through the original payment method. Bank, card, UPI or payment-gateway timelines may vary and can take several business days.

Founding Member and Annual Premium offers may be limited introductory plans. Refund requests for these plans are reviewed case by case under this policy and applicable payment-gateway rules.

If you believe a payment was incorrect, please contact OpenBeats first so we can investigate quickly. Chargebacks or bank disputes may temporarily affect subscription access while the issue is reviewed.
