By accessing or using OpenBeats at openbeats.in, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from the service. If you do not agree, please do not use OpenBeats.

OpenBeats provides a music-streaming experience for properly authorized music, artist-uploaded content, licensed catalogues, royalty-free music, public-domain music and music supplied by approved rights holders or catalogue partners.

OpenBeats does not claim rights to copy, clone, scrape or redistribute music from Spotify, YouTube or any third-party service unless proper rights and permissions are granted.

Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and passwords secure. You should not share login credentials or use another person's account without permission.

OpenBeats may offer Free, Monthly Premium, Annual Premium and limited launch plans. Prices, features and plan availability may change, but active customers will be shown applicable terms before payment.

Payments are handled by an approved third-party payment gateway. Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered with the gateway and are not stored by OpenBeats.

Artists and uploaders must own or control all required rights for content they upload or authorize for OpenBeats, including audio, video, artwork, lyrics, samples, performances and publishing rights.

OpenBeats may remove content if we receive a credible rights complaint, legal notice, platform policy concern or evidence that the uploader lacks authorization.

You may not misuse OpenBeats, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, upload infringing content, bypass subscription controls, interfere with playback systems or use OpenBeats for unlawful activity.

We aim to keep OpenBeats reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, hosting providers, payment gateways, database providers, music-rights restrictions or technical incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenBeats is provided on an as-available basis. OpenBeats will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
